Massive patent reform bill passes House committeeThe Patent Reform Act of 2007 may be headed to a vote by the full House of Representatives after a modified version of the bill was approved by the Judiciary Committee. The bill would, among other things, change the US to a first-to-invent patent system from its current first-to-file system.
